In terms of working principle, the semi-dry broken pulper puts the semi-dry waste paper into the pulping tank. Working Principle

 

The working principle of the Semi-dry Broken Pulper is based on the synergy of mechanical agitation and hydraulic action. Firstly, the semi-dry waste paper is put into the tank of the pulper, and an appropriate amount of water and chemical additives are added. The impeller or agitation device inside the equipment starts to rotate at high speed, generating strong mechanical shear force and hydraulic impact force.

 

Under the agitation of the impeller, water and semi-dry waste paper are fully mixed, making the paper quickly moistened and dispersed. At the same time, the mechanical shear force and impact force break the connections between the paper fibers, separating the fibers from the paper structure. As the pulping process progresses, the semi-dry waste paper is gradually decomposed into individual fibers and separated from impurities, ink, etc., forming a uniform fiber suspension.

 

Structural Components

 

1.Machine Body Shell

Made of strong metal material, it provides support and protection for the internal components of the equipment and also has certain sound insulation and heat insulation functions.

 

2.Pulping Tank

3.Impeller or Agitation Device
